Is Suka really a Chihuahua?
Yes. A small, grey, Canadian-born one. She would like it noted that she is "petite", not "small".
How did she get to all those countries?
Properly. Pet passport, microchip, vaccinations, health certificates and an alarming amount of paperwork. Japan alone needed months of planning. She slept through all of it.
Can Suka come to my event or work with my brand?
She is open to collaborations that suit her: fashion, travel, pet brands and anything with a window seat. Send the details through the contact page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is a flat £4.00, or free when you spend £50 or more. UK orders usually arrive in 2 to 4 working days; international orders usually take 5 to 12 working days.
What size jumper does my dog need?
Measure your dog's neck, girth (around the widest part of the chest) and torso (base of the neck to the base of the tail). There is a diagram on each jumper page. If your dog is between sizes, go up, or message us with the measurements and we will help.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unworn items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. Get in touch through the contact page first and we will sort it.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Does Suka read her DMs?
No. Her human does. Please keep that in mind.
